Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Clearfield will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, at 6:15pm, at the Clearfield Town Hall, N8111 8th Avenue to consider a conditional use permit for parcel #290041020, parcel #290041050 and parcel #290041052, N7104 State Road 80, New Lisbon to have this parcel as residential use to have a residential house and a use the land as recreational verses business.
