Is the Town of Clearfield zoned, and are building permits required?

Yes, the Town of Clearfield is zoned, and building permits are required. The zoning ordinance and zoning map are available on the Town’s website for free or by contacting the Town Clerk for a paper copy (there is a charge for a paper copy).

When are the Town of Clearfield Board Meetings held?

Regular monthly Board Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm at the Town Hall.

Meeting notices and minutes are posted at Town Hall, Clearfield Pub & Grill, and Cedar Springs as well as on the Town website.
