Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Clearfield will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 12, 2023, at 5:45 pm, at the Clearfield Town Hall, N8111 8th Avenue to consider a conditional use permit for parcel #290040662 N7841 8th Avenue, New Lisbon to have take 5 acres from Agricultural to Residential to build a house at a later date and a pole shed on their property.
